Simply select a location where you want the NPC and type the following commands:
/npc create &e&lSELLALL
/npc look
/npc skin <skin-name> (example /npc skin Miner)
/quicksell linknpc <mine-name> SELLALL

Simply select the npc using /npc sel , find a new location and type /npc tphere
How do I create an AUTOSELL NPC?
Simply select a location where you want the NPC and type the following commands:
/npc create &e&lAUTOSELL
/npc look
/npc skin <skin-name> (example /npc skin Miner)
/npc cmd add -p autosell
How do I move a mine?
Select 2 corners which contain the exact mineable area using //pos1 and //pos2 then type the following commands:
/rg redefine <mine-name>
/mrl redefine <mine-name>
